"to me the value add of these ranks is for you to see who I think is over or under-valued."
Agree and to this end, it might be helpful (though probably not trivial so maybe not the best use of your time) to make this explicit in your sheet - e.g. add numerical position ranking in the position column (i.e. Lamar Jackson | QB4) and then add columns for KTC/FantasyCalc positional ranks (or even overall ranks). It's of course something we could do ourselves but having it right there in one place would be a help.
What keeps Olave in the 1.5-2 value tier compared to the WRs that come after him (waddle, Aiyuk, Nico, Rashee)? Maybe a better question is, what keeps Olave in that bucket this year?
Just much stronger peripheral numbers than most of these guys, and has done it for multiple years.
Shared the table comparing him to Wilson and London in the free agency recap article and he's had the best peripheral stats of the 3 over their first two years with the main ones I focus on (YPRR, AirYard%, TPRR).
He's been consistently stronger than Aiyuk and Waddle in that regard as well.
Collins had a big spike this year but I think it's fair to want to see him prove it considering he's had one elite year vs. 2 very average years, while Olave has only been at this level.
Rice definitely flashed big time in TPRR and YPRR this year. The sub-five ADOT gives me some pause for concern, in conjunction with a fairly limited sample as a full-time player, and a flawed prospect profile. We don't ever see truly elite seasons out of that ADOT range, so something has to give for him this year: either the ADOT comes up or we likely see the other figures come down. Would rather wait and see on him compared to Olave.

Thank you for the rundown! Greatly appreciated.
